Sullivan's Island Spec-to-Retreat In progress, completion 2027
A new-construction spec home, capable and clean and anonymous, finished and furnished to the studio's design. The fireplace wall, kitchen and pantry, baths, porches and grounds are all reworked so the house reads as designed rather than built to sell. Every proposed image on this site is a rendering of work in progress, not a photograph of completed work.

We source, order, track, receive and install, and we handle the returns.
